My family and I enjoyed ourselves. This is a great place to go for the whole family. It's quiet, family oriented, and fun. The only thing I'd suggest is to be a little more clear to potential customers which days are allowed day passes. We drove over 40 minutes away on a Saturday after calling beforehand and was under the impression we could come after we paid and was turned away at the desk but came back the next day. It really upset my kids (7&3) who were excited because they seen the slide. But other than that our experience was great and we will come back. I recommend coming if you want somewhere fun to go with the family.

We took our 2 kids (16 months and 5)on their very first camp trip and I found this campground looking for a yogi bear one as I know those campgrounds are family friendly. When we arrived there was a little bit of a snag as someone was in the spot we pre reserved, the office though was great and just moved us to another spot that had water and electrical as we needed and it was even a better spot for my 2 kids. All the tent spots though are nice. They are close together to each other but they make the spots all a really nice size. The grounds were so clean and the bath house was always clean. The staff super friendly and helpful. They also had activities for kids. Most free. Tye dye you had to pay for your shirts. We did do the tye dye. The little water park was so much fun. Our oldest liked the splash pad where our youngest loved the lazy river with us. The only complaints I have is the wood you have to get from the campground as you cannot bring any outside wood. Their wood though is fresh so it is hard to get it to start to burn. One bundle still had fresh sap still on all the pieces. It was not good to burn to start a fire. June is also not the best time to camp as it is high season for yellow biting flies. That is NOT the campgrounds fault though. We will definitely be going back. Maybe we will even try one of the cute cabins next time. We had such a good time and it was so family friendly. I'm glad we have a place we can continue a camping tradition like I had as me and my husband had as kids.

We camped here 5 years back and it was a lot nicer . It’s nice now don’t get me wrong . We had a lot of fun this past week here but it definitely needs some TLC in a lot of areas . Putt Putt golf was a challenge . It’s so messed up. Tether ball was broken. Animal statues were broken up. The mining station was nasty. We waited until after noon a couple days due to no lifeguard or staff showing up to swim or slide. The park was empty like it had a curse or something. I mean empty. We asked around . According to a staff member a child died from an ameba after visiting here in 2020 so it’s not been the same. Not sure if that’s why the lax of certain areas and the attitude of some staff but yeah it needs some love and it will shine bright again. It’s really a beautiful park but it definitely needs some love .

Me and my family had an amazing time this past weekend. The workers are very nice and helpful, even when they are busy. We stayed in cabin 11A, it was clean, we loved the area it was in.. My kids said they liked the fact, that after everything is closed down they got to go to the field and play.. There were so many kids just running around playing, having a good time. This place is so kid friendly..Me personally I loved that they rented out golfcart at an affordable price!! We will be back!!!!

Same ownership. Same great time.. Jelly Stone pulled their sponsorship because people like to complain over nothing...
Do you let family’s just come for the day and how much a person?
They also have putt putt golf, golf cart rentals, atv trails, and daily activities.
Yes the cabins have bathrooms. We have rented 3 different cabins and everyone has has it own bathrooms!
I think it's 14 and up....but you have to have your ATV insured....and it's 16 and up if you rent a golf cart..hope this helps🤗
Didn't go in any, lots of people rented them
Yes they do. You can also do a rv site without. Full hook up
Yes you can fish. There is a large pond as well as multiple ones back in the atv trails area
Only went on "tour". Pets/wifi, yes. Too crowded for me. I like state parks better. You have your own space.
Our cabin did have wheelchair accessibility... I am not sure if there is a discount.
Not sure about cabins.
Yes, I think they do. There are a few RVs that stay somewhat long term. I would recommend calling and asking
If you are referring to the one that the slide emptied into, then yes that part of the big pond was filled in and a Lazy River was installed in it's place. Now the slide empties into the Lazy River.
Yes mam... We took our pet but wasn't allowed in the pool areas. I would think a service dog would be able to go anywhere.
I didn't see it but saw the muddy people we were with all muddy from riding the four wheelers.
Yes, by all means. They ask that you clean up after them. Enjoy and have fun! 😊
Yes
Yes , I have seen 1 Tiny home at Ragan’s . Always ask the manager when making your reservations, as policies may change .
There is a wall shaker/window unit
It can't be on the grass, stay on designated paths, and they must be parked for the night by 10pm.
Yep! Awesome little place. It's like a hidden gem if I'm being honest. If not mistaken the Waterpark opens this month!
I'm not sure. I'm sorry.
They used to have something like that in the lake next to the water park, but that was not there during our last visit.
Yes, they will let you.
What about like the putt putt golf and all that? Is there all the other fun stuff not within the lake that I see in the photos?? Like hamster ball and the bounce houses and all that? Hate that photos aren't up to date and when you get to a place it's NOT as advertised
From what I understand, the name "Yogi Bear" is a copyrighted character that requires royalty payments for usage of the name. So the owners dropped the Yogi Bear and renamed it a family name I believe. Always something to do with money
Tim my experience has been these are higher-end, family-friendly RV parks. They're typically somewhat expensive, at around $50-$75 per all-inclusive spot, per night. The good news is they're kept very clean, and have strictly enforced rules about noise and and loud parties and such. The spots are mostly concrete, always flat, easy to get in and out of or pull through, have benches and light poles, and some may have an outdoor fireplace, BBQ grill and small storage shed. The areas that have grass are manicured and completely mud-free. The parks also usually have every common amenity you can think of, including: clean laundry facilities with all working machines, clean public bathrooms and showers, a nice pool with well-stocked vending machines, an uncommonly well equipped general store, propane fill station, etc. Most are either on or next to a decent sized lake or other similar public attraction. They're also well represented by reputable RV service companies.
Yes
They have a flier with many size cabins and many different prices. I would call and ask them to send you one. Its worth it.
If you go with coupons on Friday the 13th you'll get 50% with free tacos
Tent camping was $50 a night for 4 plus water park had a great time
The lost the franchise to Yogi Bear. Under new management and recent reviews don't look good. It seems to be falling apart. Hopefully they read reviews and update accordingly. At over $80 a night for RV it doesn't seem worth it anymore. I'll keep looking back to see if things change.
yes
Haven't been in a cabin. Give them a call.
Look on the website or call them for the right price each cabin is different
Roughly 90
I don't know you might want to call them
You have to bring your own food, they provide life vest for the lake and inner tubes on the lazy river other than that it's basically camping
Bring linen, pillows, towels, food, cookware, tableware, firewood and anything else. They provide roof, electricity, fridge, stove / range, beds, toilet (in some), shower (in some), A/C.
Yes
Don't remember but it's always best to call them for accuracy...
Honestly, keep trying. I'm surprised that they haven't answered, but they stay busy. I'm also surprised they haven't expanded the park because of the demand.
I think it said a day pass was $10. Info was on the website
You'll have to call thier reservations office, as their prices vary through out the year. Peak and holiday season, prices will be high based on demand. Some guest have made reservations years in advance.
Yes your close to interstate I have Verizon and it worked fine
Right by the entrance to the left when you pull in. We stayed mothers day week there.
Call
$65 for a day/24 hrs...so worth it!
Yes you can. They have day passes for the park
Never had that experience ever by chance did you get there name?
There's a water slide and game rooms and putt putt
I don't think so
We parked a 10 sleeper RV and we had even more room than needed.
You can pay when you get there or make a reservation and pay over the phone
Don't understand, speak English plz
The ranger cabin is really nice for a lot of people. The upstairs is just a lot of mattresses on the floor looks weird but the kids/teenagers loved it. It was very nice and clean. You have to bring all your own linens(sheets blankets pillows towels etc) and cooking supplies
My step parents run the place they have such a late check in is basically for the multitude of people they have visit from like Georgia or farther
Camper not sure of cabin cost there are several different arrangements
I seen a cabin that was wheelchair accessible
Not in the small cabins bit in the ranger cagin tjey have one but we never turned ot on so not sire about reception or channels
i am asking that same question
I would think so but i would call and check cause only part i would think that wouldn't be open is the water slides
I just booked for Memorial day weekend, and was given a 10% discount as a veteran.
I'm pretty sure all the cabins have a/c.
Yep, just be a responsible fur parent. My mom always took her service pup.
$20 per person for a day pass
Yes
Only in certain cabins. You'll have to call to reserve one.
They have pull through camping sites. They call them the Big Rig spots, plenty of room.
Urs on holidays it's packed and during the summer also be call ahead to see
Suggest calling
8am I believe!
Each cabin is different. You will have to call them. They have one that is full of bunk beds. I think it sleeps 22 people.
I had a "rustic" cabin. No bathroom but it had a set of bunk beds and a queen sized bed. Microwave, air conditioning, coffee pot, mini fridge and toaster. It was the cabin by the lake by istself between campsites. Maybe cabin 5 or 6? Bed was super comfy.
I think it's 8 a person or it was last year when we went. Site has been down maybe it's up by now.
I don't know of any changes/updates. Sorry!
I don't think there is a tent size restriction. Depending what you're looking for they have water and electric hook up.
Check in is 3:00pm check out is 12:00pm.
We have stayed at Yogi's several times. We have found it to be clean, spacious(big sites) and very friendly. We would definitely recommend this campground. Mike & Taryn Whelan
I don't know. We have visited twice and would certainly return
We,rented cabins. The cost varies. I think $20 for day pass to use water area, slide, pool etc...
