Staff is very friendly, and helped me with renewing my AMC+ membership. Theaters are small, seats are a bit narrow, and not a lot of legroom, but all as expected for small AMC in small town. THEY HAVE BUTTER FOR THEIR POPCORN AGAIN! My wife & I were happy about that, after them being "out" for a while - movie is better with buttered popcorn, Eben when it isn't "real" butter.

Always clean and friendly! Prices are fair and inline with what you would expect to pay for concessions at any theater. I always enjoy a movie night out!

If it was possible, I would give this theater zero stars. With the theater bleeding money as is, you would think they would do more to make customers happy. My friends and I went to a showing of Minions, but were immediately singled out while standing in line for wearing formal attire as a joke. The employee (female, in her twenties, purple hair) asked if we were participating in a TikTok challenge where bananas are thrown at the screen. Being non-horrible human beings, we obviously weren’t going to throw bananas. We then got into the theater where the same woman immediately told us to leave without refund for taking a selfie during the trailers. Her reasoning was extremely vague, as she said we had to get out before she called the police. After leaving without issue, we recollected our thoughts in the parking lot, and were told we had to leave the area by an employee named Dustin. Dustin was belligerent and rude, as he did not listen to any form of reason. The whole ordeal seemed as if they saw a group of teenagers, and looked for any reason to kick us out. Not being able to watch the movie is fine, but we were not even heard out in our plea for a refund. I will be taking my business to a better, more well-ran movie theater from this point forward (which is not a difficult threshold to cross), and I suggest you do as well.

The manager(black shirt, and short hair cut lady, at least seemed to be), refunded my ticket after refusing myself to enter a movie, that, I have bought.. I was told could not bring my backpack in, due to how things are. She never explained herself. I carry the backpack, so that do not have to carry everything in my pockets…keys, phone, and few other lawful items. Never had a issue in the past. The staff, did not say a word and just nodded their heads with her order. I do appreciate, the refund, but a waste of time. When a staff treats you like a suspect, some true retraining is needed. I wish the establishment the best. But owed an apology, but probably never get it. I hope this helps some in this post. Treat customers on a individual level, do not discriminate on a whole.

Questions & Answers

Will Farmington be getting a remodel of our theater? I truly believe this area could do well in supporting a larger theater with the reclining seats, etc! We deserve that and then we could stop spending our $ in STL or Cape!

Farmington is growing by leaps and bounds and has so many surrounding communities that would attend that theatre! Needs to be updated.. It would easily make a huge profit back, if it was updated...

Why isn't the movie "I Can Only Imagine" going to be shown in Farmington? There are lots of "people of faith" living in this area who would like to see it.

Because Farmington only gets in select movies given the size. Check for it in Festus or Arnold.
