The beds were very comfortable. I love how the rooms were tiled for animals. It puts us at ease if our pet had a accident. She didn't have any accident. The other guest were quiet, no door slamming, loud tvs etc.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Tv worked as it should. Bathroom was decent. Wi-Fi was really terrible. Staff and services were not all that great. Took almost 5 hours for any assistance with getting the Wi-Fi to work.

The bed is a little 2 hard and we had 2 wait hrs for them 2 put a little refrigerator in the rm 4 us 2 keep my severe autistic son's food frozen and cold. The lady just made excuses acting like she would get it 2 us rt away but 2 hrs later I was asking about it again. The thing is sm and movable but she wanted the guy that wasn't even there 2 bring it 2 our rm. That's not rt at all. The guy told me 1 day that spokes was closed down 4 a while 4 supposeded renovation and would reopen next month but yet 2-3 days later they were open again but there was never any renovation at all 2 it.

This location is just off the highway, next to a gas station, making it a quick and easy stop for the night. I was able to receive the AAA discount to save more money. Staff is very polite, and efficient. My room was very clean, freshly painted. The breakfast lady is personable and courteous.
