Go get your blood checked out.. ask for a higher employee
Call them to find out
If you're no longer taking the medications, sure, give it a shot. If you are, though, you'll have to check to see if they're on the list if medications you cannot take while donating. If the medications aren't on that list, they'll have you take a paper to your doctor and let them decide if the medications are okay for you to donate. Just make sure youre honest about all of it because they do test the plasma, after donation, and you'll be banned if they find it. Hope this helps.

Blood typing isn't required for plasma donation. During the donation process, plasma is first separated from your blood cells, and then the blood cells are returned. If you haven't been yet, you can learn more about our new donor process on our site.
Once your 2-week deferral period has expired, we would love to welcome you back for donations. You won't be required to “start over” unless you have not donated for six months.
Plasma is an essential ingredient in treatments for many conditions, from serious burns and trauma to immune deficiency to bleeding disorders. With our donor's help, we work to get this lifesaving solution to patients in need. And it's truly the impact on our patients that motivates us to do what we do. We recommend you let them know during this process and be advised beforehand regarding your phobia of needles.
We did learn that neither travel nor vaccines will necessarily disqualify you as a donor. However, unfortunately, in order to determine eligibility, you'll need to visit your nearest ImmunoTek center to meet with a Medical Specialist who will evaluate you to make a final determination whether you are able to safely donate. Thanks for your patience and enjoy your travels!

Part of the process of evaluating our donors is through a physical that will determine your suitability as a donor. This is to assure your safety and the safety of the plasma we collect. Physicals are performed by our licensed medical staff at our centers and are based on their individual determination. To find out if you qualify, we encourage you to visit the center so that we can get that evaluation completed.
Plasma donation is different than blood donation. During the donation process, plasma is first separated from your blood cells, and then the blood cells are returned.
