10 Stars deserved, if we could give the Pawley's Island Good Year store for their outstanding customer service from Gene, Service Manager his technical and support team A+ We moved here at year ago and my Mini Cooper displayed brake issues/concern. Friends recommended a neighboring shop to the Goodyear Store, what a mistake that was... The neighboring shop charged for diagnosis, whereas the Pawley's Island Goodyear didn't. Then the neighboring repair price quoted $$$, over the top cost to repair... At this point we turned to our son in Charlotte, concerned with brake price quoted at the neighboring shop. Our son deals with automotive shops for his business, so he recommended we get a second opinion at the Pawley's Goodyear store. We're SO happy we took his advice! Same (FREE) diagnosis given at Goodyear and repair priced accordingly, based on our son knowledge and research. The Goodyear Store in Pawley's Island, Gene, Service Manager and his team will be our go to for future automotive services. Thank you!!

I had to get a tire patched, and the staff was courteous and efficient. It was $28 and I was in and let in less than an hour. Waiting area was spartan, but clean.

I cannot say enough good things about this establishment. They have fixed the many cars and trucks I have brought to them with speed and patient explanations. They have even suggested that fixing certain things was not going to be worthwhile- and I appreciate that honest opinion very much! The manager, Gene Humes, makes the whole place work together smoothly. Gene is one of those rare, truly customer friendly members of management. Whether your vehicle needs an oil change, a new radiator, or new tires that are hard to find, they can do it here!!
