This Hyatt Place is in the Hamburg area which has a lot of restaurants and stores. The hotel itself is in great condition and I loved my room. It was clean and spacious but the even numbered rooms facing the highway take all of the highway noise so you can hear tractor trailers air brakes wobbling all night which is my one complaint. Outside of that I would endorse staying here. Has gym, pool, and meeting rooms.

The rooms are large and the service is great (everyone seemed to remember us after meeting us for the first time, one lady even saw me after I hadn't gone to breakfast and offered to get me some toast). The location is between Costco and Liquor Barn which is great if you want to pick up some Bourbon while traveling through Kentucky.

Positive: Breakfast was amazing. 5 stars. The room was spacious. Corner couch was huge. Plenty of surfaces to spread out. Pool was small and my kids only stayed until another family showed up. Negative: Our room was on the interstate side and the sound of trucks was so very loud. It took a long time to get to sleep. Bathroom could use some updates. Toilet had a habit of running off and on.

My husband and I stayed overnight this weekend for a softball tournament in Athens. I highly recommend getting the Hyatt app so you can check in/out with the app. Customer service was excellent and the room was clean and comfy. The hot breakfast wasn't all that great. We would definitely stay here again!
