Our bathroom was literally falling apart: towel bar and toilet paper holder fell off the wall, shower was leaking, and no complimentary breakfast of any kind (not even coffee). Rooms were noisy - we got to listen to the ice maker sound like it was being attacked by Vikings at all hours of the night. Staff were generally apathetic and unresponsive.

The location was fantastic for convenience, only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 was that I heard the traffic from a nearby major road quite a bit. It didn't bother me much and for me the convenience of nearby gas and restaurants far outweighed any road noise but thought it bared mention. Beyond that the hotel was modern and clean and the staff was friendly. Excellent hotel for my purposes and I will stay here again next time.

After a long drive the staff was very friendly and very helpful. My room was it was very comfortable and also extremely clean. The food was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. This was my best nights stay in a long time.

The staff were very helpful, even though we didn't have a reservation and were hesitant about the price. They were friendly and recommended a couple of restaurant options for dinner. The room was really, really clean and the beds were comfortable, not too hard for me, not too soft for my husband. Walk in shower!! We stayed in two other hotel chains on this trip, and neither could hold a candle to this one for great staff, cleanliness, and comfortable room. Worth the extra price.
