Went there for my daughter's friends birthday party. Nice gated community. Friendly people. They definitely bond well together. Wonderful common area and a nice park. Only downside was a little on the rowdy side. It's the environment I grew up in but a culture shock for my wife and kids.

You must own or be purchasing the trailer. Rentals are not allowed. (Loop-hole: owner financing or lease-purchase agreements between you & the trailer owner)
You must own or be purchasing the trailer. Rentals are not allowed. (Loop-hole: owner financing or lease-purchase agreements between you & the trailer owner) It is an all ages park, we have a LOT of children living here. If you use Google Maps it gives a good idea of location. It is exactly a mile from a Target and an Albertsons(groceries). Public transportation has a stop just outside the East entrance. I wouldn't retire to Missoula, the cost of living is obscene, housing is greatly overpriced. Best of luck to you & your retirement! I hope you are able to enjoy it to it's fullest!
Typically they don't let you move a trailer in. Travois is a Manufactured home retailer so they rent to own the homes that they buy.
"Aggressive" breeds (shepherds, pitties), at the landlord's discretion and needs to be under 40 lbs.
I think there are a couple, lot rent is $355 for a double wide, but they are pretty strict on what trailers they will allow to be moved in. Also no medium or large size dogs allowed, and thorough screening of new applicants
Report any rental agreement violations to the park supervisor
All the trailers are privately owned you have to own them to live there
Any trailers available for rent jody 406-240-9610
