I have never taken a Covid-19 test prior to this. Made an appointment for my daughter to get a rapid Covid-19 test . Went in CVS asked the pharmacy if the test is with them. They said "No go to the Minute Clinic". Put my daughters confirmation code into the computer. She's not listed. No one there to ask. Knock on door and tell nurse I have a question can she help. The troll rudely says "No, ask someone you see walking by". I try calling Minute Clinic to find out why she's not in the computer. It hangs up on me twice. I sit and wait 25 minutes for nurse to finish and ask again. The troll rudely tells me it's outside and that I can be mad at whoever sent me the email. I go outside and wait by the faded sign that I thought was for curbside pickup when I passed it the first time. Nurse comes out and say "Your appointment was 35 minutes ago . She's no longer in the system. I can't give her the test. I'm busy today. I wait there 25 minutes longer talking ti my husband about what to do. No one else ever parks to get service from that nurse. If the pharmacy would have sent me to the correct location or if the rude troll would have taken a moment to answer my question this all would have been avoided. I suggest going to Kroger pharmacy or Urgicare and avoid minute clinic like the plague.

Walk-Ins welcome but get turned away for not having an appointment smdh.... oh then I call to schedule one for 4:30 like they said I could but get told I have to do it myself online... proceed to try and make it and get told that it won't allow me... try to call again and get sent to an automated system when asked to speak to a representative ...only to get hung up on after automated system didn't want to help me further ...So much for Walk-ins always accepted and where did laziness become a professional way to handle situations when in customer service ... I'm very disappointed in what this world has come to

Nurse practitioner Scarborough (I believe was her name) was so kind and funny. She is exactly the type of person who should be in the healthcare field! I will go back if I can see her again!

I believe there is an option at the kiosk or you may be able to put in different information for it to find you. Otherwise, i would wait until you see a patient come out and knock/say "excuse me," or ask someone at the pharmacy. They may be able to call the clinic and let them know you're out there. Good luck!
