I wanted to put into words my respect and appreciation for Dr.Thomas (Robert Thomas). His mental health first approach to treatment and his impeccable humility are both empowering. He goes out of his way to foster understanding in his patients. He works with his patients to produce the most effective and safest treatment options. In my case, Dr.Thomas has done wonderful work in helping me address issues with weight, blood pressure and chronic anxiety. I was able to have meaningful and understandable conversations about my medications with Dr.Thomas. Because of this, I have been able to greatly improve my personal health and quality of life. Dr.Thomas treats causes rather than symptoms. No cookie cutter "here's a pill, go home" scripts here. Dr.Thomas is careful and caring - opting to develop one highly customized solution to several problems, rather than "medicating the patient away", as some other doctors do. I highly recommend Dr.Thomas and his staff.

Outstanding care with my Primary Care Physician and regularly scheduled appointments. Everyone is always great. However, took my daughter (4yo) there on a weekday for walk-in care (hr PCP was unavailable) and we waited more than an hour. We watched several patients come & go in the meantime. I inquired about the wait twice. The second time they said someone was calling us back “right now. They’re waiting for you,” but that was false. We went back to the magic door and waited another 3 minutes with no one coming out. I had taken her in for a suspected UTI and asked her to try to hold her pee for the dr., and we waited so long she had an accident. We left without ever being seen. I would never recommend this location for walk-in services.

I seen Dr. Thomas for the first time after being referred by a regular of mine at the place I work at. He was amazing listened to me and came up with a plan made sure to explain everything and answered all my questions. He is becoming the doctor to talk about as I told my mom who I went to see she realized her friend has also been talking about him and is happy he is her doctor.

I love Dr Dawn Gibson!!! She is not like any other medical professional I’ve encountered. She is honest and engaged. She has never made me feel inferior or ignorant. I appreciate her genuine personality and I love how affordable her care is. I am a self pay client at her office and I have never had to be in a payment plan. It feels good to get treatment at a good price and with good people!! I have referred so many people to her who feel the same way!! Check her out for yourself!!!
