Their new location is kind of confusing since it's now just a room inside a different gym, and during class you can hear all the other wrestling and workout classes happening outside the yoga room door. I like that they offer both in-person and virtual class options.

Yes, kundalini class is on Tuesday 9:30 am. The teacher is amazing!
Yes! ONE has a prenatal class on Thursday evenings at 6pm and Sunday mornings at 10:30am. The teachers are wonderful. Also, all of the teachers at ONE are knowledgeable on modifications for pregnant women in the other classes offered. Their schedule is online!
