The rep was rude didn’t help me and 100% put his hand down the front of his pants while helping me. Do yourself a favor and try to get their customer service on the phone before you join them. You won’t be able to and their prices aren’t worth it

Don't bother. Xfinity is worthless and runs a scam ccompany.

As per the other times this question has been asked, there is no public number for this location and everyone is forced to call 1-800-XFINITY
They purposely don't post phone numbers of individual stores, referring everyone to a toll free number. Comcast is the worst.
I don't know if a cable box is gonna give you drip, but you can certainly try
It will depend on the equipment. The store will only carry power supplies for residential equipment, but there is a chance they may be able to find one that matches. I recommend bringing the power supply to the store.
Call and ask them for the arcive accounts
Your question probably isn't worth calling in for and I bet you haven't checked online anyways
They are open. I'm sorry for your experience.
9.95 DVR or free with a triple play basic digital adapter boxes 6.99 each and 9.95 for each addition x1 type box
Coaxial if standard def or that and high definition if you have a high definition television
Arkansas and Colorado. You can't really see the store from the street however, you'll need to enter the plaza.
I had the same problem-on your remote hit the error down and there will be options at the botton of your tv screen. Scroll over the the right and you'll see the option to turn spanish off.
Yes it is.
You will have to call the company for this answer
All Comcast equipment must be returned within 10 days of service disconnection and must be in working condition. You can return equipment through UPS or a Comcast/Xfinity center.
That is how the system works.
Umm. Yes there is a store there. Was there just last week. It is next to the Jersey Mike's Sub Shop to the left. There is a big Xfinity sign out front.
If you have a active account you can upgrade them both, the cable box should be free if is the one you're using as the main one (as long is not a HD or the new X1 box)and for you modem they charge between $ 10 to 15 more a month, but of course you can always talk to them and try to get some kind of deal(like i did).
Comcast Xfinity just started recently adding Mobile phone service to their offerings. I would say it is a Mobile service provider. They seem to be well equipped and it is up and running as far as I can tell.
Yes you can, just take your old remote and just swipe it for the New one
Maybe try resetting the cable box
