ROACHES. i saw one not even 10 mins after checking in and then another as i was freaking out trying to figure out if it was a water bug or not. definitely roaches tho because water bugs are a little rounded with a pointy end. they have a sign that says no refunds so i didn’t even both with it, $85 isn’t worth a roach infestation. it was room 325.

The room was very basic. It was clean though. The latch on the door was missing. It was very loud in the area I was in. I didn't like that it didn't have a coffee maker or hair dryer. I also didn't like that the TV didn't have much to choose from. The bed was comfortable and the bedding appeared and smelled clean. It was good for one night. I only paid $48 so I can't complain too much. The front desk person (Devin) was very nice.

Was very disappointed . Staff was friendly at check in and later when I had to go back to ask for towels since there were none in my room . The floor was filthy and I mean filthy. It was not real evident since the lighting in the room is very dim, but when I spilled a bit of water and wiped it up the paper towel I had was black!! That's when I took a closer look and saw the floor hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The shower worked great but there was mold and stains all over it. There was a roach in the bathroom later in the evening, just one, but that was enough!! The ac was cool, but the room was very damp feeling and my clothes felt damp the next morning. The micro and fridge were nice to have, but the tables were dirty and hadn't been wiped clean. I didn't expect the Ritz Carlton, but I expected clean!! The hotel filled up for the evening and the people above me walked the floor until I finally feel into an exhausted sleep sometime after 2 am. I was traveling alone and felt pretty safe here as it is a very busy part of Bowling Green and is convenient to many eatery's, but the lack of cleanliness was terrible. I have worked in housekeeping and these are just jobs you do to every room every time. I would not stay here again .
