The room was very clean and spacious. A very warm welcome when we arrived and helpful service. The property was a easy off and close to the interstate. A two thumbs up.

We've stayed multiple times here when visiting BG but we live here now. I really like their little kitchenettes but the breakfasts downstairs and afternoon treats are very nice as well. Kept up by an attentive lady whose been there for some years. Reasonablly priced, grandkid friendly pool, and like all hotels on the south side, VERY popular when the car shows come to town. You never saw so many restored Chevys!!

Positive: I just needed a place to stop for the night while driving home and thought this would be a good location. Negative: The room was gross. There were stains in the toilet. DO NOT STAY HERE! I recently stayed for two nights, after booking through hotels.com. I paid in advance on hotels.com, and thought everything was fine...until I checked my credit card balance the next day after checkout. I was charged twice, for different amounts, both well above what the room actually cost. I called and tried to figure out what happened, but the employee I talked to at first tried to blame it on hotels.com. She eventually told me that she would have the manager call me in the morning. The next day, the manager did not call. I checked my credit card account, hoping to see a refund, instead, I was charged again. I've now been charged 3 times for almost $600 for a room I already paid for before I even arrived. I finally spoke to a manager, but she did not have an answer either other than, "she would have to dig deeper." Again, do not stay here unless you want to risk being victim of fraudulent charges, and then get the runaround from the staff. I will be contacting their corporate offices to hopefully get my money back. Overall, if I could give 0 stars I would!
