Very comfortable room and beds were just right. We used reward points for a free night! Only issue is that we were across from the elevator on the third floor and it was loud. The breakfast bar was well stocked and the food was good!

We are currently on a 3-week road trip and staying in Hampton Inns (except for 4 days staying @ friends’ place) exclusively based on past experiences with the brand. Now, reading others’ reviews, I agree with those who say this location is not up to usual HI standards. It needs renovation (see pix of bathroom shortcomings). And the bed WAS hard and the room DID smell dank as others reported. Definitely not a hotel we’d choose to stay in again. Glad we’re here for only one night. Surprised it’s still meeting Hilton corporate “standards.”

I was rather disappointed with this hotel for various reasons. I had chose this hotel because of location to an event I was attending. The room smelled of cigarettes (even though I booked a nonsmoking room) or strong cleaning solutions. When I mentioned this to the front desk they stated their hotel is non-smoking but yet their website says smoking or non-smoking rooms. Then you have people standing at the front door smoking and you have to walk through the smoke to enter hotel. The towels were not very soft. Air conditioner was rather noisy when it was running. The pool was not open during my stay which was upsetting as I was looking forward to swimming after a long hot day in the sun. There was no microwave in my room. I am not a coffee drinker and there was only coffee in my room and no tea, which most hotels give you a choice. I am glad I had brought my own but without a microwave could not heat my water. The breakfast was ok but eggs were really salty, no whole milk, only one kind of pastry and no bacon. Not sure I will stay here again as the hotel next door had all the amenities I was looking for and their pool was open.

We had a room with two full sized beds for us and our son. We were very comfortable. Hubby recently had surgery and the desk person was very accommodating and gave us a room close to one of the doors which was very helpful. The staff was all very friendly, pouring extra coffee at breakfast and answering questions.
