Hotel was a great price! Front Desk was nice and welcoming! I thought the kickback was nice to have and $1 drinks from the bar was great! The only complaint I had was being in a room right across from the meeting room and right off the lobby. It was loud early evening and in the morning! Also, hotel is close to many restaurants within walking distance and right off the highway!

We had a very nice 3-night stay at this hotel. The hotel was very convenient to get to the places we visited (Mammoth Cave, Lost River Cave) and there are tons of restaurants and shopping nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were older but very clean with plenty of space. The breakfast had good selection and it's nice they offer popcorn in the afternoons as well as hot food and drinks in the evening (we did not use this amenity though). The pool was a nice size. The hot tub was a nice addition although it seemed to be half functioning with the jets spewing out onto the pool floor. The pool room was open to the patio area which was nice to have the fresh air. We were pleased with our stay and would definitely stay again.

Rooms were nice, comfy and clean. The Kick Back meals were very good. What did not sit well with me was when I asked about the pool, the pool was usable...however, the hot tub was not and none of the doors to lead outside were unlocked. But later that day an entirely different group of people were able to have a whole pool party with use of the hot tub and every single door to the patio were open. This location may want to start treating ALL their guests the same regardless of race.

Positive: The kick-back in the evening is awesome. The food is usually pretty good. I called that supper one night. Staff is excellent. Had an issue with booking, and the manager spent 45 minutes on the phone for me. Server in food area is super attentive. Negative: This is a pet-friendly hotel. Saw dogs everywhere. Only heard one barking at night. Otherwise, no issues with the hotel.
