Checked in yesterday. Had to move to another room because there wasn’t a refrigerator. No microwave or coffee maker in this room. Room could use updating on curtains. Can tell it’s been a while since any painting or remodeling of any sort. Staff more friendly today! Country Inn & Suites has been my favorite hotels, this one was great before they changed ownership.

From the silent traveler. As I have stated before no hotel is going to be 100% perfect what is going to determine a good hotel or the representatives of that hotel how they handle matters that come before them. This hotel seems kind of new I didn't get a chance to talk to the staff about it but the staff was friendly respectful the room was very nice quite large a good overnight stay as we were passing through. The bad was okay but it was enough to get a restful sleep so we can prepare for our travels in the morning. The shower had good pressure and the heat worked as we were there during a cold spurt right in the middle of spring. You're close to everything in walking distance. I didn't check for a workout room or laundry room. Internet speed was decent no issues connecting. Overall the hotel is good safe and clean.

Beside having a decent breakfast with an awesome lady working there, the rest was subpar. Part of curtain missing so I had to rig the remaining to keep the light out at night. Microwave was taken from our room to use at the breakfast area so that was inconvenient. Housekeeping never bothered to bring new towels or change the garbage in the room, apparently that is my job. Pool never had clean towels, just a basket full of dirty ones. The night clerk was made aware but she couldn’t be bothered to get some I suppose. She was super nice though. All the other issues I mentioned were mentioned to one of the desk clerks but nothing was fixed, cleaned, or replaced (like the microwave). Totally disappointed and would love to be refunded.

Positive: The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable.The breakfast was good.We absolutely adored hotel employee I'm the breakfast area.She was so much fun to talk to.I can't say the same for the other employees.the girl that checked us in was on the ghetto s Negative: We had a couple fight next door to us all night long. I called the front desk and the guy that answered (he stated he was the hotel manager) said he would be right up.He needed to call the cops, there was nothing he could do. I didn't feel safe
