You can go to the smog place they will check your car they also have a DMV there
Yes they smog trucks. But depending on the year of truck you'll have to make an appointment on the certain days a week they smog the older trucks

Yes they do transfers
$40. $31.25 for smog. $8.75 for certification. If it doesn't pass the first time, they'll tell you what didn't pass, what the problem most likely is, and give you 1 free retest. Hopefully this helps. They're also very fast with no appt needed.
