Extremely rude and terrible customer service. Went in to ask a question and try to get a vin inspection and emissions test. Lady wouldn't even engage like a normal human. Was rude, unable to answer a question or offer help. Acted like there was a line around the block when there was one customer in there. Go somewhere else.

Yes. Very crowded every time I've gone by
Not sure but I had to go to the Boulder Air care. Took about an hour. I arrived at 7:57 am and they opened at 8. At the time I arrived, the line was a block up the road from the entrance. It went fairly fast.
I just called, and the voice recording says they will be closed MLK Jr. Day.

I just went there last week and they were. Its really loud there so I'm guessing that's why noone is answering.
Is say the day before or of wanting to get your new tags. The Longmont location was fast and efficient. I believe the emissions pass is good for 30 days but not 100%. But it does state that it can take up to 3 days to be entered into the DMV to show that you're eligible for tag renewal. I hope this helps if not sorry

Yes! It's an extra/separate ($25, I believe) fee from the emissions test (so $50 total, if you need both done).
