I've gone in a few times with questions and they were both extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I then went in again with a necklace needing to be untangled. They fixed it within 30 min and then again for free when I needed something done to the same necklace. They seem very trustworthy and honest.

I had several jewelry pieces that I requested quotes to repair. Unfortunately one item was repaired w/o my consent. Had I had the opportunity to receive a quote for this piece, I would have chosen not to have the work done. And when I picked up this item, I asked Joe if he would work with me on the price due to the "miscommunication" on their behalf. Instead of working w/ me, he apparently felt that tasteless jokes would diffuse the situation. Then he told me his car repair was very expensive and he wasn't afforded the opportunity to approve or disapprove the quote. So, two wrongs make a right? Not in my book! Joe's flippant remarks only exasperated the situation.
