Zach was amazing! Knew exactly what was wrong with my phone. Fixed it in 15 minutes and the labor charge was reasonable. We will definitely go back for service there if my phone has any other problems.

I took in a Duracell car battery today that we bought in 2/22. It was dead. It had performed fantastic all through the winter. We paid 200$ for this and have tried to support locally owned businesses ever since we moved to Longmont 14 years ago. BTW we have bought several car and motorcycle batteries here, iPhone battery replacements....we are not 1-off customers. The young gentleman was very polite. He checked the battery and exclaimed.."oh yeah..this is really dead". When I showed him my receipt from 2/22 and the very clear "Full Warranty until 2/27/2025" (pic attached).. he said... "This is not a warranty item. It is dead, it is junk. When a battery shows below xyz..voltage, it means it not a battery anymore, it's junk and is not replaceable under warranty" He did offer to keep the battery and attempt to recover it. I'm waiting on info on that and hope for the best. I have to say, I have a problem with this. Nowhere on the receipt or imparted by staff is there mention that "Full Warranty" is actually "Conditional Warranty". Just saying.

Jim was VERY HELPFUL..helped me with my 3 wheel scooter that I needed 2 ..12 volt batteries for..he helped me take the battery box apart and back 2gether several times..checked the fuses with voltmeter..and had the 2 batteries i needed to get it running again..GREAT STORE..AND SERVICE And hard to find batteries..they will more than likely have what ur looking for..and light bulbs also..THANKS JIM !
