I am a test only station i dont do repairs. Its sounds like you may need a new gas cap. That is the most common problem with a small leak.

Is there any data that shows how safety tests are actually helping people be more safe? Please provide the data if you are able to do so.

If you go to Utah's vehicle registration site (https://dmv.utah.gov/register/renewal) and enter your vehicle info, you can pull in the emissions test results automatically. It's all digital these days!
