Its a great place and cheap too the only things I don't like which is why I gave 4 stars is no fridge or microwave in room no breakfast and I think no laundry. Ive been to cheaper and had all those things but other then that its a good place. I recommend it!

The outward appearance was nice. Hotel staff were okay, but not attentive. The room looked like the former guests were absolute slobs. The room was dingey, but useable. The heater in the room could've used a cleaning, but it worked.

The Clarett Crew

The front desk receptionist has a very nasty and unprofessional attitude. She barely understand and speak english. She don't even know if the hotel has cable, which is a very basic question about the establishment and clearly show that she takes no integrity in her job. She was rude and acted as if we were bothering her with basic questions. We felt offended and we will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

The room was nice enough for one night. My issue was with checking out. I booked through Expedia and let them know I had my dog with me. They got me all set up and I paid over the phone and they let me know that there would be 25$ pet fee which is fine. I get to the hotel and get check in and stay the night with my dog. They call me at 8am and wake me up to ask me to come to the office, I get there and there is an older woman working at the desk. She says " you didn't pay for your dog" I say I'm sorry i thought they charged me, i let them know when I booked, I can pay now" she says " no you didn't you owe me 25$, pay me now." Wow...that was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. She basically called me a liar and then had the nerve to try and demand i pay in cash!! Like what?? Super rude and super unprofessional. Will not be back to due to her.
