The worst location ever! Worst staff !! So RUDE! I was in the drive thru today and I can’t believe the 2 women working there were arguing, they made the line in the drive thru wait because they were having their disagreements, I was in shock on how they had us watch their show , they didn’t care that there was customers waiting on their orders ! Be aware !! Don’t go there , I should of listened to all those who told me they’ve experienced the rudest treatment, they have a bad reputation

Uneven cup 😐 when I went to take out of cup holder top came off coffee spilled in both holders and down the console 😠 repeated order twice and still wrong at window. The guy should paid more attention instead of goofing off trying to have a fake British/English whatever accent! Some of the new staff still too inmature for Customer Service positions... this has been my go to since it opened 🙎🏻‍♀️
