They always have what I need in stock and on the rare occasion that they don’t, they offer up another suggestion. It’s all in the experience for me. I usually walk in to purchase one thing and someone find myself with an entire shopping cart.

We ordered something online, and after almost 20 hours we hadn't gotten any updates on the order. My wife called Michaels, and after keeping her on hold for about 5 minutes, they got back to her apologizing since their system was acting wonky. They promised that they would have our order done by the time I would get there. When I arrived, every worker seemed busy, and I probably waited a few minutes for someone to help me. The order was perfectly picked, and we'll use their online ordering again.

It's a great craft store overall but if you are looking for sewing stuff you should probably look elsewhere their notions section is light.

I dropped these vintage posters to be dry mounted after I found them in an attic of an old house long ago forgotten about and sitting under piles of dust. Micheals did a fantastic job! Special thanks to the girl who worked on it, very happy thank you so much! The pictures speak for themselves. These were tattered torn folded doomed to be in the garbage. Dry, crisp, delicate. Again fantastic job! Wow ! Thanks!!!!
