I'm a medical patient and this was my first time visiting this dispensary. I used to as a bud tender so I have high expectations for places. I had a very nice experience and loved the private medical waiting room (this was something I haven't seen before). The process was smooth and very fast. Jessica H. was my budtender/cashier and was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. I will definitely be back!
Jessica Garcia
Everybody there is very friendly and helpful. Jess waited on me today and was very pleasant and helped me through the process, since it was my first time being there. I will definitely be coming back.

Great staff, an selection. The price match is a great perk as well. Always a easy process from start to finish. Staff works tirelessly even when spread thin. My go to location! :)
Summer Palaima
Worst experience. No customer service. Very disrespectful. Security does very poor work. Sad, since this dispensary is very close to my house, but next time I’ll better drive 10 minutes longer instead of being mistreated. If you are grownup and you have your honor, own business, don’t go here, because its gonna be hard to process how they can act with you this way… not 1 star, only 0

Literally come another day. The line is around the building.
3 hours today 1/3/20
Yes it will it is transitioning now for the 2020 change.
You can apply there and thru will help you along. Just call and get the info. If you have your medical records on hand the process will go much faster. If you are on disability there is a small discount.
How about you ask Hampton inn and not a dispensary?
Hell yes. I drove here 5 Times this week ( I live close) the lines have been 3 hrs every time I've gone. Time to get a hold I've my local guy. I can't walk for 2 miles then stand in line for 3 or four hours. My back and my legs won't do that.
I can get an eighth for $30 and these ppl want to charge $50 and more lol I’ll just keep getting it from the local dealer
It wasn't as insane as yesterday. You're most likely going to be waiting anytime you go. Many people need and want their products.
Like Nicole said, and obviously be over 21. Yes.
There are elevators .im sure they would allow him to use them.. Or they might have a curbside system ..calling would be the best option to find out
Unfortunately not.
They now take debit card as well but cash is preferred. Also have ATMs on site. Have a nice day
On their website you pick the location, date, and time slot and it will send you a confirmation via email as well
And some headphones you'll be in line for a bit
1-1/2 hours for recreational pot. I don't know about medical pot customers.
You receive more of a focused experience to help choose products that will address medical symptoms. Tax rates are much lower in comparison. You wont have to wait in the Adult Use Line. You have a larger variety of products to choose from with a 2.5 oz limit every 2 weeks
How secure is the area?
They can't store your data or give it to the government
I beleive 9am to 9pm for rec and 9am to 8pm for med
Yes
Not unless they are your "caregiver" the place is wheelchair accessible if that helps. Call them though and tell them your predicament mate.
I'm not from Illinois so had no idea what to expect.. but planned to be in town a few days.. So, when in Rome 😁 it was super easy. Go around back for recreational.. you can walk in. Check in with security. They verify age.. next you meet an employee with a laptop. She says flower, carts, edibles?? She pulls up what you want on laptop. You pick your favorite.. She writes it down.. Tells you how much basically.. you go upstairs past more security.. then in to the dispensing room where you pick up your order.. boom! Done! Leave, say thank you! Wear a mask! They are mandatory inside.
I like Leafly.com Search by product and the site informs you where to purchase it. A medical card will get you less cost per item and rewards at Verilife. I much prefer their CSRs as well as company policies, over Cresco's own sunnyside shops.
You can use any driver's license or ID that is not expired does it matter if it's revoked or suspended
I went the other day in the afternoon and I got in and out pretty quickly.
Yes, park in back for rec users. Only medical in front of the building.
If you has no medical card parking is in the rear. Best is to order online then pay and wait for your conformation number. This will also give you a show up time. From here the people inside will help guide you towards your purchases.
You can make an appointment but, from time to time, they allow walk-ins. They don't always post their spuratic walk-in times on their site.
Yes and it is more expensive
Travis: I can't see,why not. People come from other states. As long as your ID is valid, it shouldn't be a problem. Good luck.
Medical park up front by the entrance. Just go in. Recreation park in the back. A guy with a clipboard will help u there.
Every day is different make sure you check in online and put yourself on the waitlist to get let in.
If it's recreational, I believe it's appointments only. Medical has no restrictions.
They're open to recreational as well as medical, but are now doing everything by appointment for recreational users. Go on the website and find an open time slot that works for you and the wait won't usually be more than 30 minutes now.
Tincture is what you're looking for
Social separation and personal hygiene
Only eighths. I assume it will increase once supply catches up to demand.
Berry
I don't know what online meeting you're referring to, but they sell eighths.
They sell out extremely fast and I think the prescription holders get priority, still, they are always low on inventory
I think they are still adjusting to supply and demand. After the state increases growers I believe the supply will meet everyone's needs. Frustration is understandable, hang in there guys.
Do they have any product for recreational?
Yes we do. We sell REC everyday that we are open. Tuesday - Thursday 4pm to 9pm, Saturday & Sunday open to close. We are closed on mondays and fridays
Add about 30% to menu prices. *Don't expect them to actually have what's on the online rec menu. Turning over so much product they can't keep it accurately updated.
Maybe 45 min
Zero people they are closed.
Verilife has extended the amount of days and hours they were normally open to accommodate recreational. There is most likely a reason for them having to close the doors today. It could be due to the holiday and wanting to remain open for the public on the weekend. Maybe the staff needs a breather prior to the upcoming weekend.
No parking anywhere
Yes...There is all of that. The menu changes every hour according to supply...preroll. oils. Edibles for rec use.
Yes,but it depends on weather you get there before they are sold out for the day
Yes you can purchase with an out of state license.
You can see they're menu online! They update it pretty frequent. But if you mean edibles I've gotten a pretty wide variety from them. Such as painkiller brownie pops freedom fudges Tonics. It's all great
Awsome! Everyone there is very caring and helpful to your needs. Love this place🎉
I would recommend getting there early. You can order online once they open.
Only Illinois patients can purchase in Illinois.
I have no idea. If you have an Illinois card you can get served
Leafy is your resource, just type it in,they have several specials
Ok Thanks everyone. Im visiting from Cali and wanted to know your rules in Illinois
If you call the office, they can answer this for you. They're very helpful to patients with questions.
If you want to contact the manager of the North Aurora location, call the phone number listed during operating hours.
N. Aurora requires a State Medical Cannabis ID and a second ID to enter.
