There are many great restaurants around the area. West Shore Café is right next door to Homewood High & Dry Marina and offers free boat-valet services. The West Shore Café is known for their outdoor dining, and their infamous West Shore Burger. You can obtain restaurant information from any of the marina attendants.

The closest public beach is located just outside Tahoe City near Hurricane Bay called Elizabeth Williams Park. Located off SR89.

For example a week long contract is seven days in a row and a month long contract is for a calendar month. In 2015 we dredged our Marina to a depth of 6217’ ASL which compared to Lake Tahoe’s current rim of 6223’ gives us a depth of 6’ in our harbor.

The boats are stacked 4 high in indoor and outdoor storage racks. Most marinas around the Tahoe area utilize dock or slip storage but the Homewood Marina differs because of this type of dry rack storage.

We sell 91 octane premium-grade gasoline.

We offer two types of boat cleaning services: Hull Cleaning and Wash & Wax. Hull cleaning involves cleaning from the waterline of the boat to the bottom of the keel. This type of cleaning is to ensure your boat is running at optimal performance with maximum fuel efficiency. Depending on how often you use your boat and the season we recommend boat hulls are cleaned bi-annually up to monthly. Our on-site wash and wax service with rates that vary based on boat size. Washing and waxing your boat is recommended to keep your vessel in tip-top shape, prevent fading and continue to keep the boat’s surface water repellent. Our team uses environmentally safe products that are biodegradable, and approved for Lake Tahoe.

The Homewood High & Dry Marina primarily uses Marina Bull Wiggins Forklifts to transport boats within the Marina including hoisting them into dry storage and launching them in the water. Our forklifts can typically carry boats from 23’ to 33’ in length. We carefully consider several factors including size and dry weight before determining whether our forklift can safely accommodate a boat.

Our service department works on a variety of boat repairs and maintenance issues including 20/50/100 hour services, propeller repair, bimini repair, cover repair, stereo issues, trim sender, shift cables, dual battery swatches and more. As the only PCM premiere dealer on Lake Tahoe our certified technicians are well equipped to ensure your boat’s performance. Our hourly service rates vary depending on engine type and service performed

Free vehicle parking is available in designated areas at Homewood Mountain Resort, located directly across the street from Homewood High & Dry Marina. Two up-front loading/unloading parking spaces are available for 15-minute short term parking. We offer complimentary use of our wheeled carts for moving items from your vehicle to your boat. Boat trailer parking is available for an additional fee.
