I hate my sailboat dock. Looks like it was designed for pontoon boats. What a pain trying to dock s 22' boat into a 10' slip.

It depends on the length of the pontoon, covered or uncovered, and shared or single slips. There is a wait list for permanent slips. The Clinton Lake Marina website can show you prices, but generally between $1k-$2.5k per season
