Normally I don't give 5 stars as there is usually room for improvement. Not with Gerald's Tires as they are the best! These folks not only are the politest people I have encountered but they have it all together. I realized my front tires were literally down past the tread. Within a few hours they picked up tires from another store and had me on my way! Deanna and Matthew are really great with customers! Thanks all for the great pricing and product!

Once again Gerald's exceeded my expectations. Had a nail in my tire and had to go out of town to a funeral. They fixed it quickly and could not have been more helpful. The tire held air perfectly as we traveled 8 hours each way. Hats off to this great company!

We have previously sung Gerald’s praises. But this time we came by with a leaking tire and we’re told we would have to leave it overnight for repair. So my husband removed the tire and put on the spare. We left it with them on a Thursday, but by Monday am we still has not heard back. My husband went to the location and they hadn’t even started it. They did it then but he still had to wait about 20 minutes. This is a good business, but they have gotten TOO BUSY to maintain good customer service. They need another location in MTP.
