Love this place, the people, and the smile on my face as I leave after class.

I love this yoga studio… the owner Hannah Dodson is amazing and the staff are also very welcoming and friendly and take great care of you during a hot yoga class… you have to try it!!

This is a great studio. Very friendly, very clean! The teacher that I have had repeatedly on Monday nights at 5:15 (Emily) is just great. She’s not pushy, offers modifications, funny, clear, real and a great instructor. I left my credit card there and they texted to let me know. Just a great place.

This place has been so disappointing to me. I’ve been going on an off for years. Having moved around the world, I’m used to spiritual yoga studios with employees who help feed your soul. This place, due to the new manager, I feel has become a money hungry location. Regan has been borderline rude as the manager of this location. I will not be going back.

Is this hot yoga?

Yes, the original hot yoga. 110 degrees, 26 postures. Classes are 90, 75, or 60 minutes. The 90 is the full format. There is also a flow class that incorporates all the postures along with more traditional vinyasa sequences.
