Just show up and do what you can. Little by little you will improve your strength and balance. You will be pleasantly surprised by the progress you will make. Be open minded as the heat allows your body and joints to open for better movement. Come join us! We have regular practicing yogis who are 70+ I LOVE IT!!!
Nancy is right, just show up and do what you can. At the beginning is about adjusting to the heat and the sequence of postures, trust me, after a while your body will adapt and find itself feeling comforted by all of it
