If I would've known I'd be calling maintenence every 5 days, I would not have moved in. I've only been here for 2 months and Ive had at least 7 service requests. The lights arent wired correctly so my doorbell rings when I turn on the chandelier, my AC went out 3 times, I had squirrels and racoons living in my attic and my chimney for over a week. My shower broke and they claimed they fixed it, only to find out they made it worse. I'm currently looking for other places to live because all these problems are NOT worth $1200 a month.

I do not recommend anyone to move over here. They are unprofessional and they do not care about your problems. There were a multitude of break ins going on and home invasions. There investigation was horrible resulted in a spike of car break ins following. they didn’t catch the guy for months very dangerous. Had multiple problems with the AC UNIT. It would be very late at night and the air would stop working this happened a total of 7 times in one month during the peak of the summer. The leasing office talk to you how they want to and have no respect. THINK TWICE BEFORE MOVING HERE THEY DO WHAT THEY WANT AND MOVE LIKE A MOB.

Dan in the office is the man! I had some issues that were causing a rough move in on my end and he constantly went out of his way to make everything easier. Dan even went so far as to drive after hours to help me get in my apartment after my flight was delayed. Apartment is nice, clean, and updated. Thanks again Dan!

I submitted 2 maintenance requests for our unit in the morning. I selected that I wanted a confirmed appointment. That afternoon I received a phone call confirming it was a good time for a member of the maintenance team to stop by. The gentleman was polite and quickly solved both problems in a matter of minutes. I was pleasantly surprised with how quick and painless the whole process was.
