I am a member of Pete's Car Wash and have been for several years. I visited the Warrington location today and had a very unpleasant experience which was made even more unpleasant after speaking with the site manager who was extremely flippant with his response. Here is the situation. I was in line for the wash and noticed the wrong wash was up for me and honked for them to change . The operator stopped the line changed the wash restarted the line . At which point my car went through but no wash was done at all . I pulled around to the vaccum side walked in the office and asked to be put back through properly and he said I had to go back in line instead of putting me through right away from the side as I have watched them for in the past . I am extremely disappointed that he could have cared less if they did something wrong . Instead he blamed the customer behind me who didn't properly put their car in neutral . As a customer I did nothing wrong and should not have been inconvenienced by something completely out of my control . As a business I would hope that a customers satisfaction should be priority 1 . Apparently I am incorrect . Thank you for your time.

I waited nearly a month to write this review so I could be calm and composed but make no mistake I was very angry with what happened and was even more upset with their poor customer service after the fact. My rear bumper was damaged after going through the car wash, please see the attached photos. After fuming in the parking lot for a few minutes, I regained my composure and went to knock on the office door to show them what happened. I was treated like a nuisance, rather than someone who had been a paying customer for years. That's what really bothered me, I have been using this car wash for a while and never had any previous problems, yet the one time I needed to speak to a manager or bother any employee at all really, it was like I was the problem. Anyway, I was "helped" by a young employee to fill out an incident report and this employee couldn't look me in the eye when they mumbled "my spotter pointed out that there was previous damage, this wouldn't have happened on its own." The thing is, I knew there was no damage to the back bumper, I bought this car brand new in 2018 and have been the only driver. It really pisses me off when someone lies to my face. To make matters worse, I was promised to receive a call within 72 hours from management to address this issue. This incident happen on June 16th, 2021. I did not receive a phone call until July 2nd, 2021. So much for 72 hours. I was at work when a manager named James called, they simply left me a measly voicemail saying they couldn't help and were not responsible for the damage. I probably wouldn't of even gotten a phone call back if I didn't stop down in person 3 times requesting to speak to a manager, leave voicemails, send emails and snail mail written letters. What a terrible way to do business and treat your customers. Lastly, as you can see in the photos, there is an estimate for how much the repairs cost me. I highly recommend you avoid using Pete's Express Car Wash unless you want to run the risk of paying a bill like I did. So much for a $5 car wash. If it wouldn't have cost me more to go through small claims court, I would have sued. Perhaps if this happens to enough people, we can band together for a class action suite for all the time and money we have lost due to damages that occurred at this car wash.

Their car wash tore up my fender as you can see in the pics. They checked the cameras that are ceiling mounted. Very convenient for them that you can't see the bottom of your car. Be sure to video your car before and after, even though their sign says they're responsible for your vehicle the cameras are set to deny all responsibly!

Worst car wash I have ever used. I paid for the most expensive wash and my front end as well as other parts of my car still look just as dirty as when it went in to the car wash. I will never be going back. Mr. Wizard in Kennett Square is far better. I’ll drive the extra 15 minutes for a better wash there.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CAR WASH !! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. MY TIRE WAS DESTROYED BECAUSE THE INCOMPETENT ATTENDANT FAILED TOLD ME MY JEEP WAS ON THE TRACK WHEN I COULD TELL IT WASN'T. I COULDN'T BACK UP AT THAT POINT SO HE MADE ME CONTINUE INTO CARWASH. MY JEEP EXITED THE CARWASH LEANING TO ONE SIDE WITH A COMPLETELY FLAT TIRE. ATTENDANT SAID THEY WOULD HAVE TO CHECK THE "VIDEO" AND GET IN TOUCH WITH ME IN 72 HRS. NEVER HAPPENED. THE PHONE TO THIS PLACE IS DISCONNECTED SO DON'T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING TO GET ANY RESOLUTION. THIS PLACE IS A DISGRACE. SAFE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND EXPENSE AND AVOID THIS PLACE COMPLETELY.
Just a basic regular wash.
