This running store is just awesome, the staff are all passionate about running/ athletics and know what they are talking about. I’ve purchased several shoes from this store and I’m enjoying and love my most recent purchases. Amazing staff and the gals who helped me on 2 separate occasions were both extremely courteous and knowledgeable, loved the experience. Top notch customer service and a fabulous store in general. It's the best in Chester county, as they went way beyond to bring in a shoe from a different location in a day or so to try on and then decide between a few choices, best retail experience!!!

I recently purchased a pair of running shoes from BMRC—West Chester. I was helped by the store manager, Ed. He couldn’t have been more friendly! He was thorough in explaining the different types of shoes and gave me several detailed recommendations based on my personal preferences and needs. I just ran 3 miles in them (I haven’t run or done much of any exercise in MONTHS, and I’m not a runner but I’m trying to get there) without stopping….couldn’t be happier! Would highly recommend if you’re in the market for a pair of shoes or any running gear.
