My RS5 is my 3rd Audi I have owned and I have used 4 Audi dealerships for service and they are not all the same when it comes to customer experience. Audi West Chester is best in class when it comes to consistently exceeding my expectations on everything, speed, quality,follow up, great communication , updates while you wait, everyone is friendly and professional. I will drive an extra 90 minutes to Audi West Chester just because it's worth it. They do what they do better than their fellow dealerships t6hey really care about the customer.

The service department provided a wonderful, relaxing experience. I was unable to make an appointment at my local Audi dealership and contacted Audi of West Chester. The gentleman I spoke with graciously provided me with an appointment to get my car onto the computer to determine the icon messages I was receiving. Everyone at the dealership and service department was friendly, cordial and made me feel right at home. My car was serviced, washed vacuumed, and a video of the technician working on my car was provided to me while I waited. I could not have been more pleased with the attention and professionalism extended to me by Justin, Service Consultant.

All employees were wearing masks and practicing social distancing. My car had been disinfected and cleaned when I got it back, as was the loaner they gave me to drive. I was very comfortable with their practices.
