I would not recommend going here. Go to Wilmington or KOP dealership. I have been trying to book EQB for 3 months now and been to the dealership twice to get my current car evaluated. At first they would not even make the effort in calling me back and when we went to the dealership representative wasn’t there and he was supposed to call back the next day. Not sure what happened to that. 3 month ago I was promised MSRP on the car but suddenly they changed that to $5000 markup. When I went to dealership to get my current 2021 Ford Explorer evaluated I was told by sales manager “if you consider looking at other dealerships we would not even consider selling you the car”. Save time and money both else where. There are plenty of Mercedes dealership in the area. Update - dealership emailed me to test drive the new EQB which I wanted to order months ago so I asked if you are selling at msrp and the salesman goes nope still $3500 mark up when I specifically asked to only call me if msrp. Now I don’t want the car even if they offer under msrp. Go else where ppl!

Do not inspect car belonging to a customer named Dina Capalongo who has a dark blue Mercedes not sure if You guys are currently inspecting it or if she has an appointment coming up to have this car Inspected but please cancel it and tell her to stop loving her job so much

I never post derogatory conversations .. I need to voice my disappointment in MB of West Chester. I have been with them for 10 years. After two years of owning a pre-owned certified, my dash board looked like a Christmas tree. My quote from MB was 10,840$ to start.. there was zero compensation available to me and the service associate told me he wouldn’t even repair if he were me. The sales person who I love just sent me emails of new cars with a very high price attached. Never, were any of my needs accommodated, nor, did one person there offer a solution. My “mom and pop” mechanic was able to do repairs for 7k less . This discrepancy is outrageous. The amount of stress and inconvenience, outrageous . I will never give my business to this company again. Thank you to my amazing mechanic at Paoli Car Care. My car has 38k miles on it 🤷🏻‍♀️.. let me add that Mercedes purchased this car from CarMax, this was not internal. Had I been made aware of that, I would have never bought this car.

My husband surprised me with a MB from your location 2 years ago. My husband worked directly with your finance manager to be sure the vehicle would be a good fit for me. The finance manager then personally delivered the vehicle to Virginia for him days before Christmas. My husband said this was the easiest car buying transaction; and the care and attention to detail was above and beyond. I was recently rear-ended and my GLC 4 Matic was totaled. I wanted to reach out and let you know that if I wasn't in the car you sold us, I probably would have much more severe injuries than I do. I was stopped and the guy that hit me did not have brakes. The speed limit was 55mph and going downhill. I saw him coming, but was trapped as cars were stopped in front of me. I pressed the brake as hard as I could, held onto the steering wheel, leaned back and braced for impact. My Mercedes barely moved forward, it was a wall. I did not hit the car in front of me, my car knew not to deploy the airbags, and the seatbelt held me tight. My Mercedes looked to have minimal damage while the car that hit me was completely smashed in. My back is in some pretty awful pain, but I will forever be grateful to your finance manager for selling us such an amazing vehicle. Ty from the bottom of my heart! ♡
