I've been seeing chiropractors for 18 years and this was the best adjustment I've had. Dr John's was well informing and listened to our situations. Then provided the best care immediately. Definitely recommend to anyone who is in pain or looking to maintain your health.

I used to go to chiropractor adjustment once a week, but stopped during covid. Dr.John is definitely one of the best chiropractor I've been with. He fixed me in 10 mins, neck pain gone, felt 1 inch taller and I can breath better! Just wow. Updated review 2 weeks later: John is CONSISTENTLY on top of his game. I just completed my marathon race this past weekend and came back for another adjustment. Felt immediate relief and now I can walk again. I also came in an hour earlier than my appointment time. He was very kind and offered to start the session early. He was listening to some chiropractor webinar. He definitely go above and beyond updating himself with the latest technology and techniques.

Chiropractic care is the practice of using spinal alignment to alleviate a wide variety of physical ailments, including muscle strain, neck pain, chronic back pain, and more. This is accomplished by adjusting the position of the spinal column to its proper shape, providing a non-invasive solution for pain relief. Many people dismiss chiropractic as being something only for back pain, but chiropractic treatment can be used to treat a wide variety of physical issues, such as migraines and headaches, chronic pain, carpal tunnel, and much more.

There is street parking everywhere. You might get lucky and get up front...or worst case scenario, you can park across the street. Either way, all parking is just a short walk away. I've never had issues.

Chiropractic adjustments work by restoring your body's neurological pathways and "turning on the power" as our Denver chiropractor Dr. John Perea likes to say. When under the proper control of your nervous system and in proper alignment, all the cells, tissues, and organs of your body are designed to resist disease and ill health. The chiropractic approach to better health is to locate and remove any interference (misaligned vertebrae, aka subluxations) to your nervous system, as done during the initial chiropractic consultation. With improved spinal function, there is improved nervous system function. The goal of the chiropractor during a chiropractic adjustment is to remove interference that may be impairing normal health through specific chiropractic adjustments, allowing your body to heal itself. A healthy spine and a healthy lifestyle are your keys to optimal health!
Yes, a person who has had back surgery may see a chiropractor as long as they have been cleared by their treating medical professional. It's an unfortunate fact that more than half of those who had spinal surgery discover a return of their original symptoms months or years later. They then face the prospect of additional surgery, not realizing that chiropractic medicine may have helped them throughout the degenerative process that go them to this point. This too common occurrence is known as "failed back surgery syndrome." Chiropractic adjustments done by a trained chiropractor such as our Denver chiropractor Dr. John Perea may help prevent repeated back surgeries. In fact, if chiropractic care is used initially, back surgery can often be avoided in the first place.
Chiropractic adjustment or manipulation is a manual procedure that utilizes the highly refined skills developed during the doctor of chiropractic’s intensive years of chiropractic education. Our Denver Chiropractor Dr. John Perea graduated from Otero Junior College with a 4.0 GPA. He then attended Colorado University in Colorado Springs (UCCS) with a biology major. In 2002 he started his chiropractic professional studies at Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, TX. Our chiropractor Dr. John typically uses his to manipulate the joints of the body, particularly the spine, in order to restore or enhance joint function. This often helps resolve joint inflammation and reduces the patient's pain. Chiropractic manipulation is a highly controlled procedure that rarely causes discomfort. Our chiropractor Dr. John Perea adapts the procedure to meet the specific needs of each patient. Patients often note positive changes in their symptoms immediately following the chiropractic adjustment.
