The TV was almost dead, with the backlights showing through the screen. No ice machine available due to construction of some sort. BUT the desk clerk and the cockroach in my shower were both very friendly. I can take comfort in knowing that at least I paid an elevated rate due to other hotels being booked.

No working ice machine no continental breakfast as described when booked with travel site. Bugs crawling walls and remodeling front lobby. Still charged regular price with all these inconveniences. Should have tried to get another hotel but already traveled over 15 hours to get there. Can't give less than 1 star...

Positive: it was in the area that we needed to be Negative: this hotel DOES NOT have an elevator or pool. the room we booked was nasty dirty, no refrigerator. the refrigerator was needed as we had 2 children on medication that had to be kept cold. there is not enough room to finish everything else that was awful.
