Older Park needs work. Road bumps and huge cracks in pavement. Mostly full time folks with dogs and not picking up after. Convenient highway and grocery store. Not to bad road noise. Manager really nice and helpful.

We love this park. Great location. Plenty of shade right across the street from a grocery store. The owner is a gem. Just like everyone else we met in Elk City, the nicest people on the face of the earth. We will definitely be back.

Nice quiet park, room between rvs for my kids to play and my dogs to potty. Really reasonably price, laundry and bathrooms with showers. Everything someone looks for in a park, clean well maintained, full hookups for 35 bucks. Right off of I 40 and the management is really nice too! Easy to park and with multiple dumpsters if you're looking for a nice place to go and get off the interstate I'd check this place out.

Hidden Gem! Cool, shady, large spaces. Extremely clean, well-kept park. Excellent WiFi, full hook ups, easy walking distance to grocery and restaurants. The nicest place I've stayed so far!
