I have ordered from this place on two occasions, every time at setup, there is a problem. I asked for an additional discount for customer satisfaction, said I received a $600 discount but so did everyone who spent $3000. They will eventually get it corrected , but they can try to satisfy a customer by doing something.

My wife and I was having a hard time finding the right bed due to the fact she has just had he 2nd back surgery. I called and spoke with Shawn Waters on the phone . He invited us to come look at Galleria furniture . When we got there Shawn was very professional he took the time to guide my wife and I through the process of finding the right bed . His patience with us was very welcoming ( we didn't get that at others stores ) If you looking for a great deal on furniture and need someone to guide you with patience then Galleria furniture is your place to shop . First impressions were quit good. Unfortunately that changed rather quickly. Found out hard way Galleria is nothing but typical big-box, “gotcha” furniture store from OKC. Do not do business with this company or Shawn & his wife who run the store. My wife & I purchased $2k worth of furniture on Friday, by Sunday morning both pieces start coming apart. My wife contacted owner, Shawn, on Monday morning & he states he vaguely remembers us as “I had a tough weekend” but to just bring back for exchange or return. Today I return pieces & story went from definitely problem with way built & would give full refund or exchange to we were cause of the problem & we’d be responsible. Shawns wife stated would have to have return request okay’d by Shawn to see if could get refund & would NOT run credit card for refund even after returning damaged furniture back to store. States “store policy”. Sad part was we were planning on simply doing exchange, keeping our money in their store & was going to be purchasing more furniture in near future for new home being built. “Big city box store” lost a customer & a lot of business forever simply by not honoring several defects in the product they sold. I am now working with credit card company to take steps to make sure we get refund. Avoid this business & the store owners. Western Oklahoma has much more to offer than a big box store out of OKC, lesson learned the hard way. UPDATE: Within an hour of posting this review individuals connected to this business began leaving false reviews on my own business here in town!
