Spent just one night here camping, but thoroughly enjoyed it & wished we would've been able to stay longer. There is a great swimming beach on the east side of the lake (Sunset Beach) that our girls loved! The beach has nice soft sand, shaded picnic tables, and the water was surprisingly clear! There's not much in the area immediately surrounding the lake, so you can enjoy the feel of camping out in the "middle of nowhere," but the town of Clinton is just a 15 min drive. We stocked up there for all of our supplies. We'll definitely be back to camp again!

Lovely campground! Very quiet, and well maintained. Many sites are waterfront, and all are pull through and shaded. Great Verizon cell service. Bathrooms are modern, but showers cost $1.25. Beautuful park, but at least in April, no staff available and not much to do there or nearby.

Enjoyed camping at the park. We came in December so we didn't get to swim, but it has a nice beach with little shelters. Plenty of park. Park also has a Marina, boat ramp, gift shop, hiking trails and fishing pier.

Great park to visit. Very clean, spots are not tight, swim beach has crystal clear water. Staff has always been great. We make a trip here every year, stay at Cedar Point campground each time.

There are a few out of the way areas you can swim. But the north shore is the main area for swimming and the only area with sand beach. (Sand was imported.)
Yes sir!!!!! Cotton Wood has pull thrus
We were there right after the rains and could pretty much go everywhere... However the water is up
I think it is just closed for the fall
The cabins are really nice. Fairly new and well maintained. I'm not up on current pricing per night but it is good to have cabins as an option.
If you're going for the day, then no. But you should get there early because picnic spaces fill up super fast. If you're camping over night or for a weekend then yes you will want to make reservations.
Was there earlier this month. Lots of open sites. Call for info.
Yes Foss Lake has 3 call office.
$60.00 for an annual parking pass and you can register 3 tags to the pass. But that doesn't do you much good because you can only have one of your vehicles in the park at the same time.
Yes
There isn't a time limit. Stay as long as you want.
Can't help you, never called before.
At cottonwood campground, they have small pens set up for horses.
Very windy at times. Makes setting up a tent challenging.
There's teeterball also.
The ranger told me 30 day maximum for RV's, but must pay in advance or every Monday
Do I have to make reservations if I put a tent in an rv slot I need elect for medical purposes
Driving an RV which is the closet at campsite for RVs to Sunset beach? Is it walking distance to the beach and does any of the camp grounds have a playground?
