I had foot surgery. The facility is easy to find. The staff involved in my care introduced themselves prior to surgery. They made me feel safe and relaxed. I had very minimal wait from the time I arrived until surgery.

The staff is so nice and very helpful. The constant noise of the door going into the surgical area is obnoxious, annoying and does not allow a patient to relax. I am not the only person complaining about the closing of the door. This does not allow a surgical patient to relax before and after surgery. This is ridiculous that after all the complaints regarding the banging of the door that’s TX Ortho Surgery Center hasn’t done something about this especially when there are so many complaints about the noise of the door that is constant.
