Had a surgery in May. They Called and harassed me regarding insurance before surgery. Paid $500 up front the day of.. doesn’t reflect on the bill I received. I’ve been calling to speak to someone and regarding a payment plan for 2 months now, left voicemails and have yet to receive a call back. My podiatrist/surgeon was great .. but this place business is trash!!!

I was there last week for 2 procedures and I cannot express how amazing Karli the nurse was. She was kind, funny, attentive, informative and genuinely caring. I hope that she gets kudos every day because she really deserves them.

Update: THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! They have now been paid TWICE (once by me and once by my insurance). They were supposed to refund me after my insurance paid and I have not been able to get ahold of anyone at this surgery center since they moment the swiped my credit card. My insurance has been calling them non stop too and they haven’t responded. They made me pay upfront which I have NEVER had to do with my insurance. I’m fact my insurance always tells me to never pay up front. But Surgicare did not tell me I would need to pay upfront until the morning I arrived for my surgery. Well of course I was going to pay, I needed the surgery. They promised it would be run through insurance afterwards. Well I just received a bill in the mail for an additional $1500! And my insurance has no proof from Surgicare of all of the money I paid up front. I’ve been trying to contact the billing department for an entire month now and I have heard nothing. This is the worst! Love my care team but the billing team is despicable.

It was easy to sign in everyone was very nice, they made me feel comfortable doctor was very polite Place was clean good place to go for a colonoscopy with the right doctor Doctor Mehta Although I'd never met him seemed very nice
