Constantly changing staff, rude and impersonal, not a good thing to deal with when you're fighting cancer. I was a patient here for 4 years when I finally decided to leave. After weeks of trying to reach my doctor and getting no call back, I am done with this place. I've never dealt with such uncaring people , including Kyle, I believe he's a nurse, and the check in desk as well. An awful experience on top of dealing with a life threatening disease.

I have left 4 voice mails since 6-29-2021 to try and schedule an appointment with the Infusion Center. So far, no one has bothered to call me back!!! How am I suppose to schedule an appointment if no one will call me back???

Knowledgeable doctors with the worst bedside manner ever at a time when you desperately need compassion. The hospital will let you die or cancer spread if you don't have insurance even if you offer to pay cash until insurance starts.
