I called in discuss setting up a consultation for eye lift surgery. It was just before 5:00. The man I was speaking with got very impatient with my questions and actually started yelling. I definitely will not be going there and I continue my search for a different facility!

I had my ptosis procedure done 2 twice the first time i never noticed a change after 6 months of waiting. The second time i sure she cut my tear docs. My eye run constanly like a water fall all day I'm using 3 different eye drops. This is horrible i have no clue what to do. I refuse to go back there again. It's been almost a year and i have had no relief.

Eye has been done twice needs to be done a third time for drooping. Dr changed plan of care the day of my surgery which was apparently the incorrect choice. Each visit has been rushed and I have left feeling my concerns were unimportant. I do not feel comfortable attempting a third surgery with this Dr.

Had a surgical chalazion removal by Dr. Epstein here and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. The front desk staff is super friendly and welcoming and the office is clean albeit a bit outdated. Unfortunately, they don't validate parking so be prepared to park either on the street or in the awful parking structure that is the Seton parking garage.
