Austin eye had showed to me just how good my previous eye doctor was. Since it was in network for my insurance I made an appointment, immediately after appointment I was charged 140$- no indication before performing the services, messed up my prescription. Now after 2 months they send me more bills..

Great experience. My son was having issues with some sort of eye infection and Austin Eye was able to get us in to see a doctor immediately. The doctor was super friendly and explained things well.

The best decision I have ever made. I never knew my vision was diminishing over the past 12 years until I took my DL test. I only wish Dr. Wong provided hindsight also and I would have had 20/20 in 2020. From the pre examination to the surgery, everything went so smoothly. Dr. Wong and his staff made sure my comfort level was maxed by not only going out of their way explaining the procedure step by step but also making sure I was doing well every second of the way. When the 8 min. procedure began Dr. Wong announced his presence and also explained every step as he went which was so helpful so you were never guessing what was going on. I had both lens replaced the second eye done a week after the first and it was incredible what I was missing with my sight. I would compare to the first time you saw a plasma TV. I am just so grateful to everyone at Austin Eye for all their caring and professionalism and for giving me a whole new outlook in life. Seeing is believing in Austin Eye. Thank all of you Richard Pitchford
