Dale, Indiana, Dining room doors locked at 10:22 am with customers seated. Drive thru open but wait time is over 25 min. No answer on the phone. Incompetent management and staff that do not have customer interest or quality service in mind. Day shift Selects their customer by vehicle as I was just told. If I had a RV or camper I would be granted entry. Understaffed and rude management. Poor.

Place was freezing cold. Had to wait quite a while to order. Girls got distracted by a Boy. Ignored me and my friend and the boy they flirted with. My sandwich was cold and I had to ask them to microwave it so it would be at least warm. Soft drink machine did not work , I had to ask for my drink. My friends order was not complete and he had to ask for his drink. It was so uncomfortably cold sitting trying to eat. Others were wearing jackets.

One of the better fast food experiences I've had in some time. The young lady behind the counter was very knowledgeable and got my order right and to me hot in record time. 4 stars for fast food isn't something I do often but just this once

They have been under staffed like soo many places but they are always extremely friendly and work fast. I have only had a few mishaps and go there alot. Fresh food and friendly service. What more could you ask for in fast food.
