Since Santa Paws opened last year, we have become loyal and regular customers. Bella, our 4 year old goldendoodle, has a seizure disorder. Bella is a very loving dog that requires a lot of attention due to her special needs. Santa Paws has given me 100% confidence that she is and will be well taken care of anytime she visits and lodges at their facility. In the past, I had taken Bella to several other lodging facilities trying to find the perfect one. At the other facilities, I experienced everything from getting calls around the clock about Bella being anxious, them sedating her, her coming back with sores on her nose and muzzle from the kennels, and she would always be filthy and would smell terrible. Since we found Santa Paws, we have not experienced any of those issues. Denise and her staff are phenomenal! They are competent, caring, and attentive to all of Bella's needs when she is there. The facility is always clean and inviting. Bella loves visiting and is ready to go to visit any time I get her bag out to go to Santa Paws. She even pouts at home for a couple of days after her lodging. My theory is that you get what you pay for. You may be able to find a lodging facility that is cheaper, but the service will reflect that in the care of your pet. Thank you Santa Paws for taking such wonderful care of Bella! Loved our visit to Santa Paws. During a recent trip to Holiday World we discovered this as a fantastic alternative to Holiday World's kennel. Property was very clean, attractive, and looked to have many options for the dogs to have a fun day. Owner was so nice and easy to work with. Great service! We look forward to taking our pup there again when we return!
