We did not have a good experience. We took our two dogs, we had 2 separate gallon baggies with each dogs food. Each baggie had the dogs name, how many times a day to feed and how much. These instructions were also provided upon check-in. Each baggies had about a cup extra of what they would need. When we picked up our dogs one baggie was only half empty and the other bag completely full. So it appears they did not feed my dogs. When we tried to address this they were very argumentative and said their “paperwork” indicates dogs were fed. The “manager would not shut her mouth long enough to even have a conversation. I don’t know what they fed them but it was not the food I provided. I also asked that they not give any treats other than what we sent. Not one treat was given so I honestly do not know what the hell took place but I guarantee my dogs were not cared for very well and we will never return!

Edit: oh my goodness, i reviewed the wrong place! Here's an update! My dogs have stayed overnight here and i was very very pleased with the cleanliness of the place and my dogs while excited to see me seemed like they would be fine if i left them. I could tell the workers spent time with my dogs and really took the time to get to know them.
