Food was absolutely terrible and fry’s cold and chewy I gave it 3 try’s over one month. Everything was old tasting. I used to love eating at our arbys but would not recommend this arbys anymore. For a small meal it was almost 10 bucks

I enjoy Arby's pecan chicken salad sandwiches BUT they need to improve the bread they use for it. Last 2 times I've ordered it, bread has been very dry and I ate the filling but not the bread.

I waited 20 minutes for a mobile order that was placed 10 minutes before I arrived. The older woman who was working was out of control unprofessional and rude. She was yelling at coworkers in front of customers, was rude to me after I waited an absurd amount of time, yelled at me for checking the bags to make sure I had everything, said they were out of cup holders.That woman should NOT be working in customer service!
